Surface Mount Technology (was Mydata 100DX)

Pick-and-place equipment capable of placing 40,000 components per hour, including ultra-small 01005 components and single or double sided PCB placements. Using high speed and high precision mount heads, advanced vision systems and a state-of-the-art linear drive motor technology.

PCB Assembly

Through hole, or SMD PCB assembly with flow solder capability and hand soldering of PCBs. From very low volume prototypes through to medium and high volume manufacture of complex, multi-technology PCB assemblies. RoHS compliant and legacy, leaded products accepted.

Test and Calibration

Full test and calibration services using proprietary and/or customer’s own equipment and component programming services.

Cable Assembly

Our highly skilled team with many years experience will assemble bespoke cables and looms to customer’s specification.

Material Procurement

With over 40 years combined buying experience and very well established Supplier relationships, our buying team will ensure the most competitive prices. Any volume discounts or special pricing is passed on to our Customers. Free-issue kits are also welcomed.

Inspection

With the aid of an automated optical inspection scanner our fully trained inspection team provide 100% quality assured inspection.

Final Assembly

Our experienced assembly team will carry out the final unit assembly of Customer products, if required.
